From a very complex and demanding project task, villa Z becomes a residential area with dynamic form and spacious facilities. The terrain fits with a basement, ground floor and walkable flat, greened roof.
The basement is within a large courtyard through which both pedestrian and kolski are accessed. The stake and hiking trails lead to the ground floor level where the main entrance and garage are located. Between the part of the object intended for guests and the entrance game, a passage to the grill is formed located in the basement.
