The house is dispositionally solved in two levels: ground floor and floor.
The property is accessed from a local road on the northeast forecourt where two parking spaces on the plot are provided. This front, since it is located closer to the road is something more intimate character with a minimum number of windows.
The volume assembly of the house is pure and simple forms: the elongated ground floor above which is placed floor square shape.
The inner spaces and the house itself open south, so this forehead is actually the most expressive and dynamic part of the house, with large glass surfaces, terraces and pergola as an extension of the house and a denived pool and greenery that spreads around it.
The ground floor is open character with a dining room and fireground as a central component of the space. On the left and right there is an organized living room and kitchen behind which are located technical spaces, garage, boiler room, refrigerator and leave directly tied to outdoor spaces, swimming pool, terrace and barbecue.
Upstairs there is a night zone; master bedroom with private bathroom and wardrobe and two children’s rooms and the associated bathroom. All rooms have exit to the balcony.
The house is materialized into a simple, white façade with parts that are materialized with stone slabs, which further emphasizes the very form of the house.
