Ovaj jedinstveni i prije svega moderan dizajn se nalazi u blizini postoje?eg stambenog objekta u Širokom Brijegu. Koncept se formira sa željom da se dodatno oplemeni postoje?e okruženje, sa jednim savremenim konceptom koji ce da pruži dodatni sadržaj i aktivnosti korisnicima tog prostora.
The goal was to form an object that would be intended for fun and socializing, with a special accent on the water surface to be found on the roof of the building. Therefore, the requirements have given us a special dimension that we have had to fulfill, which is a combination of all desires but also possibilities that we can find on the loaf.
After a tour of the terrain, we realized that in this case, any denivelation of the terrain would be in the service of the facility, so two units are formed that are connected to each other by the roof beach, and are set up to adapt to the natural decline of the terrain.
Therefore, on the ground floor, a tauna can be found in the lower part while on the upper part there are technical rooms, and on the first floor there is a swimming pool, beaches and bedrooms with bathroom.
Access to an object like this is clean, only, respects the found greenery and together with it forms a special architecture, where it greatly becomes part of the façade and principle of design.
