You will soon have the opportunity to stay in a specific and unique residential and business building called “Ergo”. By painting its facade with different colors, highlights and shapes, this building will give much more in its functional sense than modern interpolation within its environment.
On the ground floor there are two business premises, which are set in the form of a modern bar and market, while the rest of the building consists of apartments and rooms spread over four floors. Each floor consists of one apartment and four rooms, intended for temporary accommodation, while the last floor indicates the so-called. penthouse with private jacuzzi, barbecue area and luxuriously decorated rooms. On all sides, the building exudes a modern concept, and the permeation of forms, where a bright, red, steel staircase is reflected on the rear facade, which gives a certain “twist” to the whole concept. Another such reversal takes place on the floors, where each floor is left over the ground floor at a certain angle, and thus further plays out the whole story. With this building, we set out to paint our region, luxury and modern residential and business units, which everyone will enjoy.
