A family house that occupies an area of only 150 m2 net area is ideal for a small family. The combination of sease and functionality resulted in a basement floor within which there are two technical rooms, ground floor with living area, staircase, bedroom, and floor that is in the form of a gallery and within which there is a closed workspace.
By toying with color and materials, we have reached the effect of sinking form into shape, with a simple aesthetic.
To get another additional “twist” on the facade, we also added a car canopy, which further refines the entire form. The greatest task was how to properly position the whole object in the slope, so that the functiondoes not draw such a disadvantage either.
Large openings were formed to get as much natural light and ventilation as possible through the entire space.
In this way, we have presented that functionally does not necessarily mean and aesthetically unacceptable.
