The family house is located in Busova?a in the urban part of the city and is surrounded by buildings of similar flooring. Situationally, on the front there is a stake access road, on the back is the yard, and on the side are adjacent objects and all this affected the shaping and appearance of the object itself.

The object consists of two parts, i.e. the building. residential part and garage with tool box as an accompanying part. Between these two cubes is a formed passage that leads to the back yard. The residential part consists of a ground floor with daily facilities and a floor with a night zone.
