A somewhat unusual form of a standard object and playing with new materials, results in such an object, ideal for a multi-member family.
A slight slope on the ground was enough to develop the concept of lowering all technical rooms as well as one bedroom and bathroom to a lower elevation than the ground floor, and thus gained the layering of the entire form. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with a terrace that is connected via large glass surfaces.
It is here that the emphasis is placed on the external environment, which is quite spacious and free and which connects with the object itself.
On the first floor there is a night zone with interesting exits to the terraces, so that the upper floors are placed in the same direction and direction as the lower one, and thus provides us with large and clean surfaces where we can play with the openings.
All this overlapping of forms has led to a compact whole that represents a blend of modern design, interesting materialization and specially designed function.
